Kartblue Refund Policy

At Kartblue, we are committed to providing you with high-quality software that meets your needs for business or professional use. We appreciate your trust in us and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services.

Free Trial Period. We offer a full-fledged trial period for all services on our website. During this period, you can use our services without any obligation to provide your payment card details. If you are satisfied with our services, you can upgrade your account to the paid plan for that service.

Annual Subscriptions. We believe in providing you with flexible options for using our services. We offer monthly subscriptions for most of our services and an annual subscription plan that provides significant discounts compared to monthly plans. We do not require you to sign up for an annual subscription plan as a condition for using our services. We encourage you to try our free plan first and then upgrade to the annual plan if you are satisfied.

If, during the first 30 days of using our service, you are not satisfied, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your concerns. If we cannot provide a satisfactory solution, we will offer you a full refund for your purchase and downgrade your account to the free plan (if applicable).

We want you to be happy with our services throughout your entire contract, not just the first 30 days. If, at any time during your contract, we remove, break, or discontinue functionality that was available when you signed up for our services, please let us know. If we cannot provide a satisfactory workaround or meet your needs within a reasonable timeline, we will offer you a pro-rated refund for the remainder of your contract.

Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription. If you wish to downgrade your annual subscription, you can do so by reducing the number of user licenses, downgrading the edition of our services, downgrading your paid support plan, or removing an add-on that you had previously purchased. In such cases, you will be downgraded to the basic plan of the service you opted for (if basic plan is available for the service)

Auto-Renewal. For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. We will notify you before each renewal via email, specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card, along with the next renewal date and amount.

We understand that sometimes customers may forget to cancel their subscription before the renewal date. That is why we offer a five-day grace period to cancel your monthly/annual subscription after the renewal date, and we will process your cancellation and provide you with a full refund.

Exception to our Refund Policy. Please note that we cannot offer a refund (full or pro-rated) if we have suspended or terminated your access to Kartblue services due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
